Software Engineer


Global Wave Group (GWG) is seeking a Software Engineer to be a part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment that designs and develops web-based solutions for our clients. The software engineering position will develop and trouble-shoot new and existing code for our Credit Track software product, which is written in Microsoft .NET.


• Responsible for design, analysis, development, and implementation of new data driven web-based applications, as well as providing support for existing systems.

• Structure software development skills and some database experience

• Work independently and within a team of developers to deliver end-to-end web solutions for moderate to complex projects

• Define and implement the software development life cycle utilizing existing development and source code version control procedures


Web Application Development
• Structured software development skills
• Knowledge of .NET
• Proficient in HTML & CSS
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Ajax

Database Design/Support/
• Stored Procedures, view, maintenance and support using SQL Server


  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
  • Web development experience in Microsoft technologies preferred
  • Database Experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel based reporting from web applications
  • Ability to learn/understand .NET Fundamentals (Interfaces, inheritance etc.)
  • Experience in VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, Ajax, XML/XSLT/XPATH, ADO.NET, Object oriented programming
  • Experience with windows services is a plus
  • Experience with Source Control
  • Experience with database design, querying, stored procedures, views, joins, performance etc.

DevOps Job Description

Sales – Senior Account Executive


The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, calling and soliciting leads, contacts and prospective clients. The candidate must have prior sales experience selling software products and services within the financial services industry. While this is primarily a sales position, managing existing clients and cross-selling is also an integral part of the job description.


• Develop relationships with banks, credit unions and finance companies

• Manage new and existing business relationships

• Develop and execute sales plan

• Cultivate leads and establish relationships in the industry

• Participate in trade shows, industry mixers, etc.

• Manage and monitor lead generation programs including SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.

• Manage contacts and campaigns via online database, including creating and updating prospect and client lists and segment data for targeted e-mail campaigns.


• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce internal and external documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Capable of working closely and at ease with all levels of staff and management in the field and at the corporate office.

• Must have a minimum of 7 years experience at a technology company selling software and services to banks, credit unions and finance companies.

• Ability to work independently and from a home office.

• Established contacts and network in the banking community.

• Cultivating new relationships and managing existing relationships/clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills both in-person and via telephone.

• Manage detailed information, organize work and meet deadlines.

• Quickly analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions and use good judgment in making decisions.

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.

• Well organized and able to communicate effectively.


• A 4-year degree is strongly preferred although not required. Preference towards Business, Marketing or related major. Prefer direct banking experience.
