Meet the leadership team

Zubin P. Mehta

President & CEO

With over 25 years expertise in the financial services industry, Mr. Mehta has a proven track record in setting IT strategy and developing innovative products for financial institutions. His background in banking, commercial and real estate lending coupled with his technical acumen have afforded him the ability to successfully manage at both the strategic and operational level.

Most recently, Mr. Mehta was Vice President, Credit Monitoring Systems with MUFG Union Bank, a $135 Billion Regional Bank headquartered in California. He was responsible for creating, managing and implementing many successful multimillion dollar projects in the commercial and commercial real estate lending arena. Mr. Mehta was the visionary and managed the implementation for UBOC’s first web-based enterprise commercial credit monitoring system.

Mr. Mehta attended Cal State Fullerton and holds a B.A. in Business Administration, he obtained his Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is also a graduate of the Bank Operations & Technology program from Vanderbilt University.

Gregg Stempson

SVP & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Stempson is a technology executive that specializes in building successful professional services practices. With a broad experience base in software development, network architecture, security and IT services, he has spent the last 25 years managing professional services teams and engagements for organizations that range in size from the SMB market to the Fortune 500.

He has built services organizations from the ground up: managing staffing, training plans, methodology development, success metrics, P&L performance and client satisfaction programs.

Gregg’s industry experience includes Healthcare, Financial Services, Network Equipment Manufacturers, Telecommunications and many others. Comfortable working at any level within an organization, he has deep experience translating business objectives into actionable, profitable services engagements.

Bharat Chheda

Director of Software Engineering

Mr. Chheda is an experienced leader with more than 20 years in software development and technical team management. He has led IT teams in transition to agile development methodology. He took projects from inception, proposal, design all the way to delivery and support for clients with focus on reusability, scalability and robustness.

He has streamlined production support and triage processes.  Bharat has been instrumental in developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

Bharat obtained his Masters Degree in Computer Science.  He takes pride in delivering solutions with excellence in execution. His experience includes the credit, mortgage, and time & attendance industries.

Sam Bhayani

Board Member

Mr. Bhayani is President and CEO of Arnold Electronics, Inc. a third party logistics firm for the procurement of customer specific products such as printed circuit boards and sheet metal fabrication. Mr. Bhayani also serves as a board member for Seco Sys, LLC and Fine Hospitality Group, LLC.

Since his acquisition of Arnold Electronics, Inc. in 1999, Mr. Bhayani has lead the company towards his vision of capitalizing on the opportunities presented by today’s global economy. He has been responsible for the company’s strategic development of global partners, diversification of products, and growth in client base.

Mr. Bhayani attended Rutgers University from which he obtained his Bachelors in Arts degree and has also obtained his MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business Management.

Jason Gradel

Special Advisor and Board Member

Mr. Gradel is an accomplished enterprise sales and alliance sales executive. He serves as Enterprise Account Executive with Sumo Logic, a cloud-native machine data intelligence company. Previously he held executive and managerial roles with Veeam Software, HYCU and Comtrade Software. For Comtrade, he launched the Nutanix partnership and led the technical alliances relationship leading to the launch of HYCU as an independent company.

In his 16 year tenure with Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS), Mr. Gradel led alliance sales as Director, Global Alliance Sales Strategy, leading overall strategy for enterprise sales engagement between Citrix field sales and Microsoft, Cisco, Netapp and NVIDIA. His results included $125 million in influence sales against a $100 million goal with Microsoft and $51 million in influence and re-sell sales against a $30 million goal with Cisco.

Mr. Gradel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and his Master’s in Business Administration at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.

James Court

Special Advisor and Board Member

Mr. Court is an Independent Director of Axos Financial (NYSE: AX) and Axos Bank. In his twenty-year career with First American Property & Casualty Insurance Group, Mr. Court served as President, COO and CIO. He was responsible for the vision and implementation of Information Technology at First American Property & Casualty Insurance Group, and has planned and implemented the technology infrastructure and applications to support the company’s growth. His experience includes 25 years in high-technology industries and financial services.

Prior to joining First American P & C, Mr. Court held Operations and Technology Management positions at Square D/MGE UPS Systems, and Printronix, Inc. Mr. Court holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from the University of Redlands, an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
